Products & Services

PEMSERTER Products Division Technical Services Department

The Technical Services Department provides telephone and on site information to keep presses running safely, smoothly, and productively. A factory technician completes repair and service work either at the factory or at the customer site as required. Main cylinder and booster repair / build can be completed at the factory or during an on site visit as well. In addition, all phases of STICKSCREW® driver repair and rebuilding is accomplished at the PEMSERTER facility.

IN-DIE Feeding SystemThe Series 4® 6-ton manual press has been manufactured for more than 20 years. The current configuration incorporates all design improvenents implemented over the years. Today, older Series 4 presses can be rebuilt at the factory to new standards, improving productivity and safety. The Series 4 is sent to the factory where it is stripped and rebuilt using the current assembly process. The press can be rebuilt at approximately one half the cost of a new press.

Contact PEMSERTER at 1-800-523-5321 and ask for service to keep your presses running smoothly and safely.
