The PEMSERTER® TRU-MOTION systems
integrates a Series 2000® press with rotary or X/Y positioning tables
or robotics.
The PEMSERTER® In-Die Fastener Feeding
System will allow you to feed and install fasteners during the stamping
process, eliminating the need for secondary operations.
A
StickScrew® robotic system is available for improved repetitive,
exacting small screw insertion.
We
have also developed robotic systems
for installing Atlas™ blind threaded inserts. This systems
positions the work piece, installs the fastener and then delivers the
completed piece. Quality is assured for each and every installation.
